Bookings and memberships

Bookings, class enrolments and memberships are subject to availability and to the specific conditions provided at the time of purchase. Membership and swim school cancellations are handled by email and may be subject to a notice period. Please contact our team for the current cancellation process.

All visitors must comply with our Conditions of Entry and the reasonable directions of staff and lifeguards while on site. We may refuse entry or ask a person to leave where necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons.
